We arrive with our tents, tables, Bibles, and a prepared team. Setup and teardown are handled entirely by us.

Hosting is easy. Here's what helps us serve your community best:
A flat space large enough for a tent (roughly 10×10 feet minimum)
Any required permissions or approvals for the location
An approximate date and time frame
Expected foot traffic or event size (if known)
We're flexible and experienced at a wide range of venues and events.
Parking lots, lawns, fellowship halls, or any space your church can provide.
Fairs, festivals, block parties, farmers markets, and neighborhood gatherings.
Parks, trailheads, recreation areas, and other outdoor public spaces.
Storefronts, strip malls, and commercial parking areas (with permission).
University common areas, school events, and campus outreach opportunities.
Have a different idea? We're flexible. If there's space and foot traffic, we can make it work.
None whatsoever. We cover all of our own costs for the Bibles, tents, travel, and team. There is no charge, no donation request, and no financial obligation of any kind.
A standard setup needs roughly a 10×10 foot area for the tent, plus room for people to walk up. We can adjust based on your available space.
At least a week is ideal, but we're happy to work with shorter timelines when we can. Just reach out and we'll see what's possible.
It depends on the venue. If the location is private property you manage (like a church or business), you typically just need to give us permission.
They greet people warmly, hand out free Bibles, offer prayer to anyone who wants it, spread the Gospel, and answer any questions about the Bible.
Absolutely. We love building ongoing relationships with communities. If you host a weekly market, monthly event, or anything recurring, we'd be glad to discuss a regular presence.
